你知道铝门窗制作渗漏预防控制措施是什么吗?

a)门窗与洞口墙体周边的标准间隙应控制在25mm-40mm之间,其更大尺寸应不超过50mm,更小不小于20mm,窗框与外墙面有一定的距离,否则应采用细石混凝土浇捣修整后方可安装施工,严禁采用劣质砌体,如烧结泥砖或砂浆直接垫平;
A) The standard clearance between doors and windows and the wall around the entrance should be controlled between 25 mm and 40 mm. The maximum size should not exceed 50 mm and the minimum should not be less than 20 mm. The window frame should be at a certain distance from the outside wall. Otherwise, fine stone concrete pouring and tamping should be adopted before installation and construction. It is strictly forbidden to adopt inferior masonry, such as sintered mud brick or mortar direct cushion. Flat;
b)根据工程情况合理选用水泥砂浆填充法,一是先将砂浆充填于铝材型腔内后再上墙安装并进行二次充填;二是将铝框固定后再充填砂浆。两种方法各有优缺点,一种可确保铝腔内不形成空鼓的现象,但在二次充填时易产生裂缝而漏水;第二种方法则易在下边框及两侧形成难以避免的充填不满而形成空鼓现象;

c)水泥砂浆填充要控制水泥砂浆的配合比,一般是1:2.5,保证水泥砂浆的质量,推荐在水泥砂浆中添加防水剂提高水泥砂浆的防渗漏性能,注意养护,避免开裂;

d)门窗边框四周的外墙面300mm范围内,增涂二道防水涂料以减少雨水渗漏的机会;

e)引风面或雨水冲刷面为阻止雨水渗过门窗与墙体之间的充填材料,适当考虑止水挡板或其他防水涂膜,增加抗渗性能;

f)窗框交接处要留有注胶槽,宽度5-8mm,嵌注密封材料时,应注意清除浮灰、砂浆等,使密封材料与窗框、墙体粘结牢固。同时检查密封材料是否连续,是否缺漏等情况,特别是转角交接位置是否有毛细孔存在;对贴面砖外墙应采用两道以上密封,避免拼缝毛细水渗透;

F) There should be an injection groove at the junction of window frames with a width of 5-8 mm. When inserting sealing materials, attention should be paid to removing floating ash and mortar so as to make the sealing materials bond firmly with window frames and walls. At the same time, check whether the sealing material is continuous or not, whether there is leakage, especially whether there are capillary holes in the corner junction position; for the exterior wall of veneered brick, more than two seals should be used to avoid the capillary water penetration through the joint.

g)调整垫块禁止残留于门窗框内,拆除后要及时进行二次填充密实,填充注意与基体的可靠粘结,除清除残渣外应基体湿润;
G) The adjusting pad is forbidden to remain in the door and window frames. After removal, the second filling should be carried out in time, and the filling should pay attention to the reliable bonding with the matrix. Besides removing the residue, the matrix should be wet.
h)室外窗台应低于室内窗台板20mm为宜,并设置顺水坡,雨水排放畅通,避免积水渗透。铝门窗与外墙要有一定的距离,避免雨水直接冲刷。
H) The outdoor window sill should be 20 mm lower than the indoor window sill plate. The downstream slope should be set up so that the rainwater can be discharged smoothly and the seepage of accumulated water can be avoided. There is a certain distance between aluminum doors and windows and external walls to avoid direct scouring of rainwater.
i)门窗连接件的材质、规格,连接方法应符合当地《铝合金门窗技术规程》要求,及时用砼或砂浆封锚,避免在风荷载作用下产生移动而使密封材料产生裂缝。
I) The materials and specifications of the door and window joints, and the connecting methods should meet the requirements of the local "Technical Regulations for Aluminum Alloy Doors and Windows", and the anchors should be sealed with concrete or mortar in time to avoid cracks in the sealing materials caused by the movement under wind load.
